Stephenson, Jr., June 2006 Certificate of Publication in Lincoln Daily Courier – Herald State of Illinois County of Logan City of Lincoln The Courier – Herald Company, a corporation organized and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois, and Publishers of the Lincoln Daily Courier – Herald, a secular newspaper of general circulation, in said County, printed and published in the City, County and State aforesaid, hereby certifies that a notice, of which the annexed notice is a true copy, has been regularly published in said paper 4 times for 4 successive weeks The first publication was on the 5th day of October, 1921 and the last publication the 24th day of October 1921. It further certifies that said Lincoln Daily Courier-Herald has been regularly published for at least six months prior to the first publication of said notice.
