In the County Court of Logan County, To the July Probate Term, A.D. 1918 In the matter of the Estate Petition for Letters Administration Gustav Gosda Deceased To the Hon. Charles J. Gehlbach Judge of said Courts: Your petitioners Henry J. & William A. Gosda in the State of Illinois, being sons and heir at law, of the hereinafter mentioned deceased, respectfully shows unto your honor that Gustav Gosda, late of the County of Logan, in the State aforesaid, departed this life inteste, at his residence, in the County of Logan and State of Illinois, on or about the 15th of July A. D. 1918. That the deceased left surviving him no widow and the following named persons as his only heirs at law, with their relationship and places of residence, as for as known to petitioners. Mary C. Lauer daughter Lincoln Ill. RFD. No. 4. That the deceased died seized of certain real estate situated in Logan County Ill. valued at about $ 34600.00, land in Steel Co. N.Dakota, valued at about $25500.00, and certain personal property and chooses in action, estimated to be of the value of about $4100.00. Being necessary that and Administrator be appointed to administer in the above entitled estate, your petitioners pray that Letters of Administration be granted to Henry J. Gosda and William A goosed, upon their entering into bond as required by law. Henry J. Gosda Wm. A. Gosda State of Illinois, Logan County ss. Henry J. Gosda and William A.
