Stephenson, Jr. June 2006 Discharge in Probate State of Illinois County of Logan, ss. In the County Court: In Probate. To the April Term, A.D. 1920 In Re: Estate of Gustav Gosda Deceased And now on this day this cause comes on to be heard upon the final report of Henry J. Gosda and William A. Gosda as administrators of the estate of Gustav Gosda, deceased, and the petition of the said administrators for an approval of the said report, leave to make distribution as set forth and discharge from further service as administrators. And if appearing to the Court that all the heirs at law of the said deceased have been duly notified of the filing of said petition and report and the time and place set for hearing thereon in manner and form as by law and the order of this Court required. And if further appearing to the Court that more than one year has elapsed since the issuance of letters in the matter of the said estate; that no objections have been filed to the said report and that, on consideration thereof, the same is found to be correct and true; that the said administrators have properly accounted for all moneys and effects of the said estate coming into their hands; that all claims, debts and demands allowed against the said estate have been adjusted and paid, including funeral expenses and costs of administration; and the Court being in the premises fully advised; It is ordered and adjudged by the Court that the said report be approved and recorded and that the said administrators make distribution of the residue of the said estate left remaining in their hands to the following persons and in the following proportionate shares, to-wit: To Mary C. Lauer, George G. Gosda and Henry J. Gosda each the sum of $265.39, and to William A. Gosda the sum of $265.38, and that, upon making distribution as aforesaid and filing vouchers thereof, the said administrators be discharged and the said estate be considered fully settled.
