in full on a judgement in the probate court of Logan and state of

f. west of the Third Principal meridian in said state and county.

I recd a letter from John Jenkins dated Dec 29th saying that the
claim of Woolworth Gale vs the Estate of Thomas Montgomery had
been allowed by the court and the mony was ready to send when a
recpt came to you.

I wrote and sent a recpt to J. Jenkins but perhaps he did not
_____ in therefore file or find recpt for amt for which file on
remit amt to me Amt as I have it at $36.57.
