Walters are the Principals Fred J. Walters of Joliet and Miss Ida M. Loring were married at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George V. Loring, 801 East Wood street. The ceremony was performed by Rev. S. H. Bowyer, pastor of the First Baptist church. The bride wore a costume of shirred ivory satin with pearl trimmings, made in the style of 1880. Only a few relatives and intimate friends witnessed the ceremony. An elaborate wedding dinner was served. The groom is a graduate of Canadian college and is superintendent of the National Fire Proof Paint company, with headquarters at Joliet. The bride is a graduate of Decatur high school, also of Normal university at Normal, Ills. She completed the course at the Art Institute at Chicago and was special art inspector at Colorado Springs, Colo., for three years. Both have traveled extensively.
