The will provides that the real and personal property which it is estimated is valued at $2,000, shall be left in trust to the executors, John Veech, Peter Mayberry and james K. Wheeler, and that the income from the estate shall be given to the husband, Frank Bowman, while he lives and at his death the estate is to be divided equally between the children. Attached to the will is a codicil which provies that a certain portion of the real estate is to be reseved for th use of a son, Tony Bowman. The executors gave bond in the sum of $4,000.
