Decatur (IL) Herald, 25 Mar 1903, Wednesday 
Death at Mt. Vernon
  The death of Mrs. J. J. BODINE, Sr., occurred at Mt. Vernon, Ill., on 
Tuesday.  Mrs. Frank BOWMAN and J. J. BODINE Jr;, of Decatur are her son and 
daughter.  The deceaased was 63 years old.  Her death is said to have been 
sudden for no word announcing her illness had  een received, and it is 
supposed to have been due to heart disease.  Mr. and Mrs. BOWMAN and Mr. and 
Mrs. BODINE left yesterday afternoon for Mt. Vernon to attend the funeral.
