Died
Of consumption, at her home in Friends Creek township, on Friday, January 11, 
1883[sic], Kate, wife of Michael Witt. The deceased was aged 29 years. She was 
a daughter of Mrs. Ann Kirby, of No. 1343 East Eldorado street. The funeral 
took place from St. Patrick's Catholic church in this city at 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
