Mrs. Eftimoff dies Thursday at age 62 after 5 year illness

Mrs. Frances Eftimoff, 62, Rural Route Two who resided alone on Route 111 near 
Lakeside Airport died suddenly at her home at 5 p.m. Thursday. She had been ill 
for more than five years, suffering from a hear ailment. She was born in 
Illinois. She is survived by a son, William Martin of Pontoon Beach, a sister 
in law Mrs. Ada Campbell of Granite City and three cousins, Malcolm Kassel of 
St. Louis and Mrs. Ruby Campbell and Bertie Campbell of Kansas City, MO. 
Services were held in a Granite City Funeral Home and burial was made at Sunset 
Hill Cemetery.
