Death of Richard Fredericks.

	Richard Fredericks, in his seventy-first year, died Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at
the home of his 
sister, Mrs. George Hahnenkamp, north of Upper Alton. He had suffered a paralytic
stroke. Mr. Fredericks 
had lived in teh vicinity of Alton since 1857. He was not married. He leaves one
brother, Fred Fredericks 
and two sisters, Mrs. George Johnson of Dorsey and Mrs. Hahnenkamp.
