Family notes
Fred Everett Bullard was born October 25, 1893 at Johnsonville, Wayne, Illinois 
to Lawrence Dow Bullard and Emma Withrow. 

Fred can be found in the 1900 and 1910 censuses living at Indian Prairie, 
Wayne, Illinois with his parents and siblings: 
1900: Lurance D Bullard 39, Emma Bullard 37, Harvy E Bullard 15, John L Bullard 
13, Bessie A Bullard 11, Edward Bullard 9, Ferdie E Bullard 6, Virgil F Bullard 
2. 
1910: Lawrence D Bullard 49, Emma Bullard 49, Edd Bullard 19, Fred Bullard 17, 
Virgil Bullard 11, Rhoda Bullard 9, Irene Bullard 6.

He married Mabel Mae Ostrander on November 27, 1915 at Effingham, Illinois. 
(Mabel Mae Ostrander was born August 20, 1895 at Buffalo Center, Winnebago, 
Iowa to parents William Grant Ostrander and (Ida Marie Badker) Ostrander, the 
third of seven children. Mabel Bullard died July 30, 1957 at Rinard, Wayne, 
Illinois.)

Mable and Fred had 10 children - 4 girls, 6 boys. 

Family found in the 1920 census living at King, Winnebago, Iowa, Farming: Fred 
A Bullard 26, Mabel Bullard 24, Ruth V Bullard 3[3 8/12], Glen E Bullard 1[1 
10/12]. 
Family found in the 1930 census at Indian Prairie, Wayne, Illinois: Fred E 
Bullard 36, Mable M Bullard 34, Ruth V Bullard 13, Glen E Bullard 12, Ardell S 
Bullard 7, Victor L Bullard 6, Donald D Bullard 4 1/12, Larence G Bullard 1 
10/12. 

Fred Everett Bullard died August 22, 1981 at Iuka, Marion, Illinois.
