Obituary of Homer Raymond MULVANEY, Marion County, Illinois Contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives Copyright 2000 Cindy McCachern Obituary of Homer Raymond Mulvaney 4 January 1998 Homer Raymond Mulvaney, 73, of Kinmundy died at 1:45 p.m. Sunday January 4, 1998 at Centralia Manor, Centralia, Marion County, Illinois. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Neal Funeral Home, Kinmundy. There will be no visitation. Mr. Mulvaney was born February 6, 1924, Marion County, Illinois, the son of Raymond Alexander and Edith Ann "Crain" Mulvaney. He married Donna Mitchell. He was a painter and a U.S. Marine Veteran. Survivors include his wife; sons, Linden Ray of Champaign, Thomas Alan of Monticello, Alan of Flora; daughters, Eva Ann Pruitt of Alaska, Janet Sue Mulvaney and Barbara Mulvaney both of Champaign, Reeta kay Mulvaney of Monticello, Marilyn of Tennessee, Sharon Yates of Flora; stepson Mark Mitchell of Marks Mississippi; step daughter April Mercer of Flora; brothers Mal of Vancouver, Washington, Gerald of Kinmundy, John of Farina, sisters, Louise Merritt of Fairfield, Margaret Gain and Dorothy McCarty both of Kinmundy, Berniece Bryant of Oden, Linda Birk of Lincoln, Trudy Baker of Longview , Texas, Evelyn Moon of Dieterich; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- USGENWEB NOTICE: These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations or persons.
