Illinois State Journal 
Mason City, Jan.6- AURELIUS PARLEN BERRYHILL, well known resident of this 
community, died last night at his residence. He suffered a broken hip six 
months ago.
Decedent was born Oct. 29, 1843, in Ballbrock, O., and came to Illinois from 
Louisiana many years ago. He retired from farming and removed to Mason City a 
number of years ago. He married SUSAN DODDS Jan. 7, 1864 in Ohio.
Surviving are three daughters: MISS NINA, at home; MRS. SUSAN DUFRECHE, of 
Louisiana; MRS. LILLINA CASSET, of Iowa; four granchildren and seven great 
grandchildren. MR. BERRYHILL was a member of the First Presbyterian church.
