F. Anderson. I, Green R.F. Anderson of Massac County and State of Illinois do hereby make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following,. To Wit: 1st. It is my will that my funeral expences and debts be paid. I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Ann Anderson the farm on which I now reside, situated in said county and known and described as, the South East Fourth of the South East Quarter of Section 19, TWP 14,South Range three East, and the South West fourth of the South West of Section 16, TWP 14, South Range three East of the third principle meridian, during her natural life. And all the personal property to stand open to be disposed of according to law, Except what is hereinafter disposed of, and that at the death of my wife all the property unexpended to my two sons, John A. Logan Anderson, and David Manning Anderson and their heirs and assigns for ever. 2nd. I give and devise unto Matilda Ann Thompson $10:00 of money arising from the Sale of my personal property after my death and ---? either of my property, personal property or real estate. 3rd. After the death of my wife the above described real estate I will to be divided by measuring a ----? so as to divide the above described tracts of land in two equal parts in acres, the line to be drawn from East to West and the portion of land laying North of said line, I give, devise, and bequeath to my son John A. Logan Anderson and his heirs and assigns forever, And the portion of land laying South of said line I give, devise, and bequeath to my younger son David Manning Anderson his heirs and assigns forever. 4th. It is my will that the factional part of the South West fourth of the South East quarter of Section 17, TWP 14, South Range, three East in the County of Massac and State of Illinois now belonging to me fraction between my two sons John A. Logan Anderson and David Manning Anderson to belong to them in the manner as the above. 5th.All the above instrument to be void until after my death and burial then this to be in full force and affect. In witness whereof I the said Green R.F. Anderson have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty eight. Green R. F.
