 within and for the District of Illinois}
     In the matter of the petition of 
Harmon C. Buck, of McLean county, to be
declared bankrupt and to be discharged
from his debts.
NOTICE is hereby give that Harmon C. Buck,
of McLean county, has filed his petition
in this court to be declared Bankrupt 
and to be discharged from his debts under
the Act of Congress, in such cases made
and provided; and that an order has been
duly entered in this Court appointing the
29th day of March inst. at the District
court room in the city of Springfield in
this District, as the time and place for
hearing of said petition; all persons
interested my then and there appear and 
show cause, if any they have, why the
prayer of the said Petition should not
be granted.
