OBITUARY: Bloomington Pantagraph, December 13, 1939, page 14, col. 3:
"Stanford - Mrs. Celia Jane Lee, 86, formerly of Stanford, died Tuesday 
morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Hill, Newton, Kan.
"Funeral services will be held at the Stanford Christian church at a time to 
be set later.
"Mrs. Lee, daughter of Morgan W. and Ann Parker Beeler was born Dec. 23, 1853 
at Twin Grove.  She was married to John N. Lee May 9, 1869.  He preceded her 
in death June 17, 1930.
"The following children survive: Mrs. Frank Hill, Newton, Kan., Mrs. G. R. 
Baker, Kennan, Wis., Mrs. E. A. Risser, 705 East Grove street, Bloomington; 
Frank, Santa Monica, Calif., Mrs. E. V. Kiesling, Armington.  There are 15 
grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
"She was preceded in death by two children, four sisters and one brother.
"She was a member of the Stanford Christain church for more than 50 years and 
a charter member of the Royal Neighbors."
