Lloyd Clifford IVES 83 yrs.. Lloyd Clifford Ives was born June 19, 1906, Bald 
Bluff, Henderson Co, IL.  He was the son of Henry Clifford and Jessie Ricketts 
Ives. His brothers were Clyde Gilbert(LOIS)Hanford CA, Harold R.(DORIS) 
Longbeach CA, and Kenneth R. Ives (LENA)Collinsville IL. He attended Rozetta 
school in Henderson County IL; Graduated from Oquawka High School 1924. He 
married Atha Jessie Woods, March 6, 1937 in the Methodist Parsonage in 
Monmouth, Warren Co., IL. The couple resided on a farm near Keithsburg, Mercer 
County, IL since 1937 until he retired in 1978. Born to this union, one son, 
Larry Lee Ives on 02/23/1941 at Moline, Rock Island Co., IL. Lloyd farmed; 
raised livestock and grain. He was a 40 year member of Robert Burns Lodge 113, 
AF & AM; Member of the Mercer County Farm Bureau; Served on the Westmer 
District School Board 1955-1957. Attended the First Christian Church, 
Keithsburg, IL. On April 22, 1990, 3:10 PM, Mr.Ives died at the Aledo 
Heathcare Center, where he resided since 1984.

He is survived by his wife,Atha and son Larry Ives,(Alicia)Aledo; 
two granddaughters Kimberly Ives,Rogers AR, Jacqueline Ives, Aledo IL; 
two step-grandchildren, Gaye (Morrow)Schneider,Bloomington IL, Shane Morrow, 
Minneapolis MN. 

Interment was in the Warren County Memorial Park.
