H. Nelson (Montgomery News, 1932) Funeral services were held Saturday morning at St. John's Catholic church in Coffeen for Mrs. Emery H. Nelson, who died at her home, four miles east of Coffeen, Thursday night at six o'clock, after having been ill for the past several months. Margaret E. Sheehan, the daughter of John J. and Della Sheehan, of Chicago, was born November 11th, 1886, in that city, where she was readed and educated. She met Emery Nelson, who lived in Chicago for a few years as a young man, and they were married June 14, 1911. They moved back to Coffeen twenty years ago, and have lived on their farm east of that city for the past fourteen years. She is survived by her husband and three children, Genevieve, Howard, and Clifford, all at home. She leaves also, two brothers, John and William Sheehan, and a sister, Mrs. Della Cusak, all of Chicago. Two sisters and a brother preceded her in death. She was a member of the St. John's Catholic church of Coffeen. Services were conducted by the Rev. Fr. Landers, and burial was made in Glendale cemetery at Fillmore.
