Ausmus and is included in the note given by Said Posts to Said B. Ausmus for over 1500 dollars. Also a note found Since the appraisement given by Jonathan H. Brattain to decd for $100 dated April 22, 1837. By 50 dollars 29 April 1840 and $10 on 12 June 1850 it is Said Said Brattin died in Oregon Some two years Since. The Small Note of $6.00 against David House was not collected it having been given for Interest on large Note and the large Note was paid before due and the Small Note was given up as there was not that amount of Interest due. The Note charged on inventory given by George Beavers was also surrendered to him it having been given for piece of Land Sold by Intestate to him and no Conveyance of the Land having been made at the time of Intestates death the note was given up and Contract Cancelled.
