Ann Marie Carr
June 29, 1971
	Ann Marie Carr 16-month old daughter of Robert L. and Norma Harms Carr 2918 W.
Greenbriar, died at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday at Children's Memorial Hospital in
Chicago, where she had been a patient for two weeks.
	She was born in Peoria Feb 11, 1970, and was baptized in Salem Lutheran Church.
	Surviving are her parents; two brothers john and Brian, both at home and her
grandparents, Mrs. William T. Carr of Des Moines, Iowa, and Mr. and Mrs. H.C.
Harms of Plainfield.
	Private services will be tomorrow in Salem Lutheran Church with Rev. Arthur
Larsen officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery with Gauss Memorial
Chapel in charge.
	There will be no visitation.
	Memorials will be made to the Heart Fund or Salem Lutheran Church.
