Robert D. Otto, 65, of Chillicothe, Ill. Survivors include his wife Patricia 
Ann of Chillicothe,; two sons, Glenn of Keokuk, Iowa and Gregg of Chillicothe 
and four grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co for 20 years and founded and 
operated the Otto Monuments in Chillicothe.

He was a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church.

Funeral Mass held at the church with Father Joseph T. Hogan officiating.

Weber Funeral Home, Chillicothe.
