Friday, July 12, 1901, #33 -- Marriage Licenses Frank Reidelberger 25 Beacoup Carrie Logan 18 Pinckneyville May 28, 1909, #22, Rice -- Bert Logan and wife and baby visited the latter's brother John Reidelberger Sunday. September 6, 1912, #36 -- Miss Myrtle Reidelberger of Nashville and Laura Brown of DuBois were Sunday and Monday guests of Miss Pearl Redfern. April 4, 1913, #12 -- Tootsie Reidelberger is spending the week with her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Enoch Logan. September 4, 1914, #36 -- Luther Reidelberger is nursing a crippled hand which was injured in the Ritchey mines last Friday when a large piece of coal fell on it. November 20, 1914, #47 -- Bert Logan and family who have been living on Route 3 are now residents of Pinckneyville having moved in with former's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Logan. December 25, 1914, #52 -- Mrs. Mary Redfern brought here for burial Sunday. Mary Reidelberger was born in Monroe County, Illinois March 18, 1839 and died at New Athens, Illinois December 17, 1914 age 75 years 8 months and 29 days. Miss Reidelberger was married to John Volmer in 1857. To this union three children were born, one of whom, Willard Volmer of Tamaroa, survives. In 1866 she was married to James Redfern and to this union eight children were born, three of whom survive their mother. Mrs. L.S. Sterling and Mrs. Henry Kellerman of New Athens and Mrs. Frank Opp of Pontiac, Illinois. Mrs. Redfern united with the First M.E. Church at Pinckneyville August 18, 1889 under the pastorage of Rev. J.W. Franklin and continued her membership with the same until her death. The remains were brought to this city Sunday morning and funeral services held at the Methodist Church conducted by Rev. G.M. Webber of Freeburg assisted by Rev. J.Y. Reed, pastor of the church, after which interment was made in the I.O.O.F. cemetery. October 29, 1915, #44 -- Miss Winnie Reidelberger spent Sunday with Clara Pulke. June 23, 1916 -- Enoch Logan, wife and daughter and grand children were Sunday callers at F.P. Reidelberger. March 23, 1917, #12, Horse Shoe Pond -- Mrs. Frank Reidelberger and children visited with her parents E. Logan. February 21, 1919, #8, Punkin Ridge -- The Ladies Aid met with Mrs. Bert Logan last Thursday and quilted a quilt for the orphan home in Carmi, Illinois. Ruby Logan and sister Flossie visited Friday night and Saturday at "Logan Hotel" and attended the pie social at Duncan School Friday night. August 8, 1919, #32, White Walnut -- John Reidelberger and son Pete were business callers at the county seat Tuesday. August 15, 1919, #33, Horse Shoe Pond -- Mr. and Mrs. Frank P. August 22, 1919, #34 -- Personal Items -- Luther Reidelberger, who volunteered for service to his country, arrived home Saturday morning, being honorably discharged. Luther Reidelberger left Sunday evening for Chicago to visit with his friend, Miss Hazel Howard. August 29, 1919, #35, White Walnut -- Warren Reidelberger spent Sunday with Lessie Taylor. September 11, 1919, #37, White Walnut -- Frank Reidelberger and family spent Sunday at the home of E.F. Logan. September 26, 1919, #39 -- Roy Reidelberger spent Saturday until Sunday with his home folks. John I. Reidelberger and his nephew made a business trip to Pinckneyville Monday. October 17, 1919, #42 -- Roy Reidelberger has rented the Bowls Farm and will move to it in the near future. October 24, 1919, #43, Round Prairie -- Mike Bathon is working at the J.J. Reidelberger sawmill this week. Gretchen Reidelberger visited a few days last week with her sister, Mrs. John Stots of Tamaroa. March 5, 1920, #10, White Walnut -- Warren Reidelberger passed Sunday with his grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Enoch Logan. July 16, 1920, #24 -- Mrs. Enoch Logan hostess Sunday for her niece -- A party was given at the country home of Mr. and Mrs. Enoch Logan last Sunday in honor of little La Vaughn Gregory, daughter of Mrs. Laura Gregory of Willisville it being her 7th birthday. At the stroke of 12, La Vaughn proceeded to cut a huge birthday cake presented to her by her aunt, Mrs. Chas. Gregory. Then all went to the dining room where a beautiful decorated table was laden with good eats, after dinner pictures were taken and all the little folks spent a delightful afternoon out upon the lawn. Many presents were received. Those present were Misses Francis Albers, Ruth Reidelberger, Fern and Lillian Loucks, Verge and Irene Gregory, Masters Harold Albers, Vernon James Gregory, Luther James Gregory, and the guest of honor, Miss La Vaughn. December 17, 1920, #50, Hills and Hollow -- Frank P. Reidelberger and family spent Sunday with Bert Logan. December 24, 1920, #51, Hill and Hollow -- Mrs. Jim Taylor and children, Mrs. Enoch Logan and daughter Naomi spent Sunday with F.P. Reidelberger. February 1, 1929, Tamaroa -- Mrs. Anna Logan celebrated her 85 birth day at the home of her daughter Mrs. Wm. Brayfield last Sunday. Her son Bert Logan and wife of Pinckneyville and daughter Mrs. Will Marlow and family of this city helped her enjoy the day. Logan. September 18, 1931 -- Mrs. Bert Logan and daughter, Mrs. Carroll Pankey, Mrs. P.H. Reidelberger and daughter Paulene returned Tuesday from a week's tour through Wisconsin and Iowa. They visited Mrs. Logan's niece Mrs. Renzo McCloy in Wisconsin.
