Decatur Herald & Review, Sunday, 13July1980, page A-10 HALCOM MRS. KENNETH L. (PHYLLIS VANVLEET) HALCOM, 58, of Hoopeston, died 6:55 p.m. Friday (July 11, 1980 in her home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Born Funeral Home, Atwood, with visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Mackville Cemetery, Atwood. MRS. HALCOM was born in Atwood, daughter of JOHN and GRACE VANVLEET. She married KENNETH HALCOM in 1941. Surviving are her husband; sons, MICHAEL of Danville; TERRY of Brea, Calif.; GARY and WILLIAM, both of Hoopeston; daughters, MRS. ELMER (KAREN) SNYDER of Georgetown; MRS.
