Shuflin of the City of Columbus Ohio have sold and do hereby bargain, sell ---- ---- and give Claim unto said John T. Shuflin and to his heirs and assigned forever all our right, title and estate in the following premises in Pope County State of Illinois to whit on the Waters of Hayes Creek being the South Half of the North East quarter of Section Twenty nine in Township Twelve South of Range five East in the District of lands subject to sale at Shawneetown Illinois containing Eight acres and being the same land that was conveyed to our father Timothy Shufflin by John Whiteside and Duffy his wife by deed dated June 7 A. D. 1840. To Have and to Hold all our right and estate, legal and ------ to said premises with their apportunces unto said John T.
