Estate No. 1029 

The Last Will and Testament of Joseph B. Albert 
of the village of Florid, of the county of Putnam in the state of 
Illinois published the 30th day of April in the year of our Lord 1909. 

In the name of God Amen, I, Joseph B. Albert, in the village of 
Florid, in the county of Putnam, in the state of Illinois, age the 
age of 63 years, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, 
published and declare this my last will and testament in the manner 
following, that is to say: 

First: It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts 
be fully paid 

Second: I give and bequeath to my wife, Eliza A. Albert all of my 
real estate and all of my personal property that I may own or have 
at the time of my death. She is to have full right to dispose of any 
part there is or the whole of it as she may desire and at the death 
of my wife, Eliza A., if any property remains in my wife’s possession, 
it is my will that Jesse E. Reichwine have two-thirds and Della Davis 
have one third of all that is left after funeral expenses are paid. 

Lastly I here nominated and appoint Eliza A. Albert, my wife, 
without bond, to be the executrix of my last will and testament, 
hereby revoking all former wills made by me. 

In witness here I set my hand and seal, the 30th day of April, in 
year of our Lord 1909.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was now here scribed 
by Joseph B. Albert  the testator, in the presence of each of us and 
was at the same time declared by him to be his last will and testament 
and we at his request sign our names here unto his presence as 
attesting witnesses.
