Obituary of Mrs. Conrad Reinhardt, Randolph County, Illinois Mrs. Conrad Reinhardt died at her home in Sparta at the age of 70... Mrs. Conrad Reinhardt died at her home at 401 West Main street, Sparta last Friday, leaving 37 direct decedants in addition to her aged husband. She had reached the age of 70 years 10 months and six days. Funeral services were conducted at the home at 2 O'clock Sunday afternoon by Rev. J. C. Murdoch, pastor of the First Presbyterian church. Interment was made in Caledonia cemetery. Miss Margaret Bert was born at Sparta September 1, 1863 and most of her life was spent in the vicinity of Sparta and Preston. She was united in marriage on August 5, 1884, almost 50 years ago, to Conrad Reinhardt. To Them were born eight children, who with her husband survive. They are Louis and Conrad of Corning, Neb., Mrs. Ernest Gray of Gibon, Neb., Mrs. James Clifton and Mrs. John Kryger of Corning, Neb., Mrs. Jas. Peach of Wood River, Mrs. Walter Schlinger of Jerseyville, and Mrs. Ben Nelson Of Sparta. One adopted brother; W. J. Bert of Sparta, and 23 grandchildren and six great grandchildren also survive. At an early age Mrs. Reinhardt was confirmed in the Lutheran church. Note: It is believed that this reporter made an error, Corning NE should be Kearney NE. Dorothy J.
