I, George Reinhard__________________________________of the of_______________________in the County of Randolph _____________________ and State of Illinois_________of the age of seventy_________________________ years, and being of sound mind and memory, do hearby make and publish and declare this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT in manner following, that is to say: First ----- it is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid. Second ------ I give, and bequeath__________ to my son George Reinhard the following described tracts of land to wit the North part of the West half of the North East quarter of Section eleven (11) Township five (5) South Range seven (7) West; and also the South West quarter of the South East quarter of Section two (2) Township (5) South Range seven (7) West, containing Eighty - four (84) acres, more or less, under the condition as hereafter stated. Third ------ I give and bequeath to my son Adolphus Reinhard, the following described tracts of land, to wit: The west half of the North West quarter of Section eleven (11) Township (5) South Range seven West, containing Eighty (80) acres, more or less; also under the condition as hereafter stated. Fourth ------ I give and bequeath to my son Conrad Reinhardt, the following described tracts of land, to wit: The South East quarter of the South West quarter of Section two (2); and the North East quarter of the North West quarter of Section eleven (11), and half of the South East quarter of the North East quarter in Section eleven (11), all in Township (5) South Range seven (7) West, containing one hundred acres, more or less; also under the conditions as hereafter stated. All the above enumerated tracts of land are situated in Randolph County, State of Illinois, Fifth ------ I give to Henry Reinhard, my son, the sum of Six hundred ($600) Dollars, to be paid to him by his three brothers, named in the Second - Third & Fourth articles at the time of his arriving at the age of twenty - one years. Sixth ------ I give to my son August Reinhardt the sum of Six hundred ($600) Dollars, to be paid to him by his three brothers named in the Second - Third & Fourth articles at the time of his arriving at the age of twenty - one years. Seventh ------ I give to my son Daniel Reinhard the sum of Six hundred ($600) Dollars, to paid to him by his three brothers named in the Second - Third & Fourth articles at the time of his arriving at the age of twenty - one years. Eighth ------ I give to my son Philip Reinhard the sum of Five ($5.) Dollars to be paid to him at the time of my decease. Ninth ------ I give to my son Charles Reinhardt the sum of Twenty - five ($25) Dollars, to be paid to him at the time of my decease. Tenth ------ I give to my son Frederick Reinhard the sum of Fifty ($50) Dollars, to be paid to him at the time of my decease, Eleventh ------ I give to my son William Reinhard the sum of Fifty ($50) Dollars, to be paid to him at the time of my decease. Twelfth ------ I give to my daughter Elizabeth Bambauer wife of Jacob Bambauer the sun of One hundred and fifty ($150) Dollars, to be paid to her at the time of my decease. Thirteenth ----- I give to my daughter Amalia Reinhard, the sum of One hundred and fifty ($150) Dollars, to be paid to her at the time of my decease. Fourteenth ------ And all the personal property which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease shall be divided at equal parts among my following named children, to wit: Elizabeth, wife of Jacob Bambauer, George Reinhardt, Adolphus Reinhard, Amalia Reinhardt, Conrad Reinhard, Henry Reinhard, August Reinhard and Daniel Reinhard Lastly ------ I hereby nominated and appoint George Reinhard and Elizabeth, wife of Jacob Bambauer ---------------------------------------------to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
