Twelve parcels of real estate in Moline and East Moline which were owned by Mrs. Natalie Timmerman East Moline, and her brother, August Coene, Moline, both deceased, were sold at public auction at the courthouse today by Master in Chancery Robert W. Boeye for a total of $46,500 The sale was held in connection with a partition suit brought by Mrs. Elizabeth DeSaunoy, Moline against Francis P. Coene, Moline, her brother, and others. The two are among the heirs of their father, August Coene, and their aunt, Mrs. Timmerman. All properties but two are improved. They were offered first as individual parcels and the bidding was spirited. No bids were received for the twelve parcels as a whole. The properties had been appraised at $56,700. List Properties Eight of the properties were purchased by Francis P. Coene, one of the defendants in the suit. They are: 1330 Fifteenth street, Moline for $4800; 1830 Fifth street, Moline $4000; 1704-1706 Fourteenth street, Moline, $5400; 1502 Twelfth avenue, East Moline, $4100; 914 Thirthteeth street, East Moline, $2600: 1357 Tenth avenue, East Moline, $3000; 1359 Thirteenth avenue , East Moline, $2100; 1322-1324 and 1326 Seventeenth street, East Moline, $6050 Coopmans Buy Tavern A business building which houses a tavern at 903 Fourth avenue, Moline, was sold to Frank and Clara Coopman for $9000; two vacant lots in the new shops second addition, East Moline, were sold to Camiel Coene for $100 each, and properties at 1328-1332 and 133 Seventeenth street, East Moline, were sold toSigurd and Mari Larson for $5250.
