Rites Tuesday
Funeral services for Steven Bopes, 24, of 908 33rd Ave., Rock Island, who was 
killed in a motorcycle mishap Friday night, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. 
Pius X Roman Catholic Church, Rock Island. Burial will be in Chippiannock 
Cemetery. Visitation will be after noon tomorrow at the Knox-Larson Funeral 
Home, Rock Island


Additional Comments:
Steven Thomas was born Steven Thomas Miller to Thomas William Miller and 
Georgetta Jean McCann on September 9, 1952. On February 21 1956 Thomas William 
Miller died. On April 12 1958 Georgetta married Daniel Fay Bopes. Daniel 
adopted Steven and he became Steven Thomas Bopes.
