"IRENE DEKEZEL, 19, GRADUATE OF HIGH SCHOOL, IS CALLED'

    East Moline, Oct. 19 -- Irene De Kezel, 19, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August 
DeKezel of 624 Seventeenth avenue, East Moline, died in the home of her parents 
Saturday (17 Oct. 1931) evening following an illness of nearly a year's 
duration.  Miss DeKezel was born in Geneseo on Sept. 3, 1912.  She had been a 
resident of East Moline for seven years.  She was a graduate of St. Mary's 
school and also a member of the 1930 graduation class of the East Moline high 
school.  She was a member of St. Mary's church and St, Mary's sodality.   
Besides the parents she is survived by one sister, Augusta, at home.  A brother 
preceded her in death.  Funeral services will be held at 9 tomorrow morning in 
St. Mary's church.  The Rev. Leo Dee, as assistant pastor, will officiate.  
Members of the young ladies sodality will gather at the home this evening at 
8:30 to recite the Rosary.  They will also meet at the home tomorrow morning to 
attend the funeral services in a body.  Rosary services for those other than 
members of the sodality will be held at 7 tonight in the home.  Burial will be 
in St. Mary's cemetery.  The body was removed from the VanHoe funeral parlors to
