Luella Fredell

Funeral services for Mrs. Luella M. Fredell, 65, of Sherrard, who died Tuesday 
at Moline Lutheran Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. tomarrow at Our lady of Peace 
Roman Catholic Church, Orion. The Rev. C.J. Hollerich, pastor, will officiate. 
Burial will be in Western Cemetery, Orion.

Visitation is 6 to 9 p.m. today at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, 
Orion, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to 
the Illinois Heart Association.

The former Luella Hamerlinck was born March 11, 1917, in Rural Township, a 
daughter of Julius and Emily Grypp Hamerlinck.

On Jan 18, 1936, she was married to Clayton C. Fredell in Milan. He died in 
November 1980

She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Donna Larson of Andover. Carol Redpath of 
Matherville and Linda Harkey of Sherrard; 13 grandchildren; five great-
grandchildren; two sisters, Stella Verbeke of Reynolds and Dorothy DeSchepper 
of Milan; and three brothers, John Hamerlinck of Moline, Joe Hamerlinck of 
Milan and William Hamerlinck of Orion.
