Mae J. (Wickham) Fanning Mrs. Mae J. Fanning, 60, of 825 Fifty-third street, Moline, died at 11 o'clock last night in her home after a long illness. Mrs. Fanning, the former Miss Mae Wickham, was born June 1, 1885 in Ottumwa, Iowa. She received her education there. She was married to Ernest Fanning December 26, 1903 in Burlington, Iowa. He died Feb. 6, 1941. Mrs. Fanning was a member of the Moline Eagles auxilliary and was of Lutheran faith. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Axel Thornbloom of Moline; two sons, Chester Fanning of Moline and Lester Fanning of Racine, Wis; two brothers, Fred Wickham of Hannibal, Mo., and Bert Wickham of Burlington, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Claude Hoke of Portland, Ore., and Mrs. Amy cox of Burlington, Iowa, and seven granchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon in the Furgie funeral home with the Rev. A.W. Kortkamp officiating.
