532 Marriage may be celebrated between Mr. Joseph H. Irvin 
of Raleigh Prect. in the County of Saline and State of 
Illinois of the age of 19 years and Miss Eliza Price of 
Raleigh Prect. in the County of Saline and State of Illinois 
of the age of 17 years, the parents of the said Joseph H. 
Irvin and Eliza M. Price having given their assent to 
marriage.  Witness Warner E. Burnett County Clerk, and the 
seal of said County, at his office in Harrisburg in said 
County, this 19th day of December A. D. 1876.  (signed) 
Warner E. Burnett County Clerk.

I, James T. Clark a Justice of the Peace hereby certify that 
Mr. Joseph H. Irvin and Miss Eliza M. Price were united in 
Marriage by me at Raleigh brides residence in the County of 
Saline and State of Illinois, on the 21st Day of December A. 
D. 1876. (signed) James T. Clark Justice of the Peace.

CONSENT OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO MARRIAGE OF MINOR

To W. E. Burnett County Clerk of Saline County, Illinois.  
I, Mary Irvin do hereby certify that I am the mother of 
Joseph H. Irvin and that he is 19 years of age that he has 
not lived with his father for (?) year but has lived with me 
in my charge and I do hereby consent to the marriage of my 
said son with Eliza M. Price license for which marriage is 
apllied for. Witness my hand at home this 19th day of
