ADDLEMAN Private, Medical Corps, U. S. A. Son of O. G. Addleman, 928 West Edwards, Springfield. Entered service May 28, 1917, in Joliet. Received his training at Jefferson Barracks, Mo., Fort Riley, Kan.; Fort Joy, N. Y. Sailed overseas September 8, 1917, on the Orduna. Stationed at Base Hospital No. 39, in South Hampton, England, Field Hospital Co. 122, 106th Sanitary Train, 31st Division, and also at La Suze, France, with Camp Hospital No. 110. Was at the American Red Cross Hospital in Paris when the Armistice was signed. In the service at time of writing, having re-enlisted for one year.
