ANGELL Sergeant, Troop C, 16th Cavalry, Regular Army. Son of Andrew Angell, 709 East North Grand avenue, Springfield. Born March 21, 1897, in Rushville, Ill. Entered the army January 23, 1914, at Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, Mo. Received his training at Camp Mercedes, Texas, Brownsville and Ft. Clark, Texas, and assigned to Camp Bliss as instructor. Was at Camp Mercedes when the Armistice was signed.
