FRANK E. BAKER
Private, 18th Observation Battery, Field Artillery, Central Officers' Training
School, Camp Taylor. Son of Charles F. Baker, Avilla, Ind. Born February 4, 1882, in
Avilla, Ind. Entered service November 6, 1918, in Springfield. Received training at
Camp Taylor, Louisville, Ky. Was at Camp Taylor when the Armistice was signed.
Discharged at Camp Taylor, December 7, 1918.
