Mrs. Davidella Conlee, 80 Dies.

Riverton, Dec. 17 – Mrs. Davidella Martin Conlee, aged 80 years, 5 months and 
26 days, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Crim.

Mrs. Conlee was born June 20, 1845, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Martin, in 
Clear Lake township.  She was married to Samuel Bush, in 1874.  To this union 
two children were born, the son dying in infancy.  Mr. Bush died in 1878.  She 
was married to James Conlee in 1882.  He preceded her in death in 1921.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Crim, and one son, David Conlee, 
Jacksonville.  Three grandchildren, Oliver, James and Ellis Conlee, children of 
Mr. and Mrs. David Conlee, also survive.  They live with their mother at 
Cantrall.

Mrs. Conlee was the last of a family of ten children.  Her paternal 
grandparents were pioneer residents of this state, coming to Sangamon county in 
1818.

Funeral services will be held at 1 o’clock Friday afternoon at the home of Mrs. 
Crim.  Rev. Walter Mitchell will officiate.  Interment will be made in the 
Athens cemetery.
