Nineteenth Annual Report of the Illinois Bureau of Labor Statistics, 1900
April 23, 1900, Lutheen Huft, miner, aged 51 pears, married, was killed by a fall 
of coal at the working face, in the Chicago-Virden Coal Co.’s No. 2 mine, Auburn. 
He leaves a widow and three children.
