State Journal-Register (Springfield, IL)- March 6, 1990 
Mrs. Rose A. Wike, 85, of Springfield died at 7:20 p.m. Sunday at St. John's 
Hospital. She was born Nov. 9, 1904, in Stoutsville, Mo., the daughter of 
Joseph C. and Margaret Luby Anderson. She was a graduate of the Waverly High 
School. For 25 years, she was employed at Franklin Life Insurance Company.
Preceeding her in death were her husband T. Lawson Wike in 1981; two brothers, 
John D. and Clayton Anderson; and two sisters, Mary E. Anderson and Louise 
Anderson. Mrs. Wike was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Church and the Alter 
and Rosary Society. Surviving are one sister, Helen A. Nolan of Springfield; 
several nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

Services: Blessed Sacrament Church, Rev. Kevin Vann Officiating.
Burial: Calvary Cemetery.
