Last Will and Testament

I Samuel Leonard of the County of Schuyler and State of Illinois do hereby make
and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit
first I give unto mu beloved wife Mary Leonard the farm on which I now reside
during her naturel life discribed as follows the East ½ half of the North West
quater and the West ½ half of the North East quate of Section 34 thirty four in
Township three North of the base line and thee west of the fourth Principal
Meridian in Schuyler County and State of Illinois and Also all of my personal
property of every sort kind name and nature and at her death the afore described
farm I will unto my three youngest sons respectfully Webster Leonard George
Leonard and Ray Leonard when the above discribed sons Webster George and Ray
Leonard shall have come in possession to the above described Land in accordiance
to this will (provided the youngest shall have become twenty one years of age)
they shall pay to the following named persons. William Leonard Samuel D. Leonard
Albert Leonard Sophia Leonard Mary Ann Blackledge each one Hundred Dollars and
also they shall pay unto Charles Leonard the Sum of twenty five Dollars. and
lastly I hereby Constitue and appoint my said wife Mary Leonard executrix of
this my last will and testament (without security) revoking and annulling all
former wills by me made and notifying and confirming this and no other to be my
last will and testament

In witness whereof I the said Samuel Leonard have here unto set my hand and Seal
this 15th day of April A.D. 1869

Signed sealed and published and declared by the said Samuel Leonard as and for
his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the
presence of each other and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto

Note – Property Location:
SE corner of Section 34 (1 sq mile) is located 14 miles West and 12 miles North.
  So property is ½ mile sq (160 acres) with SE corner of property located 14.25
miles West & 12.5 miles North of Principal and Base meridians.
