COUNTY OF SCOTT
IN COUNTY COURT
JUNE TERM, A.D.1929

        In the Matter of Administering the  Estate  of  W.  H.  Waters,
        Decd. to HOn. J. M. Riggs, Judge of said Court;

        Now comes H. A. McCarty, Administrator with the will annexed of
        the estate of said deceaased, and  submits  to  the  Court  his
        first, and  final  report  of  his  acts  and  doings  as  such
        administrator, as follows, to wit: Administrator, Dr.

To cash collected of PETER COUGES, account,                                           $107.00

By cash paid Alva Baird, County Clerk, costs
                                                       $12.25

By cash paid R. M. RIGGS, for legal service,
                                              $15.00 27.25
Balance on hand,                   $79.75

        He further reports that the one year allowed by law for  filing
        clains against said estate expired on the 11th day of  January,
        A.D. 1929, and no claim of any kind has been filed against said
        estate. That the funeral expenses of said deceased were paid by
        F.R.WATERS, sole legatee and devisee of said deceased.

        That under the will of said  deceaased  his  bedroom  furniture
        belongs to EDITH WATERS, wife of said  F.R.  WATERS,  and  this
        administrator has delivered the same to  her.  That  under  the
        last will of said deceaased the said F.R.WATERS is entitled  to
        all the rest of the property of every kind  belonging  to  said
        deceased, including the  above  balance  of  $79.75,  and  this
        administrator has paid the  same  to  him  and  herewith  files
        receipts  for  same  together  with  receipts  for  all   other
        disbursements made by him.

        That he has collected and properly accounted for all assets  of
        said estate and the same is fully administered

        Wherefore he prays that this report be set for hearing  by  the
        Court and that he be directed to give notice  of  such  hearing
        aas provided by the rules of this court. That on  such  hearing
        this report be approved by the Court and that he be  discharged
        from all further duties and liabilities as such administrator.
