The foregoing report coming on to be heard at this time pursuant to the previous order entered herein, the same is considered by the Court and is found to be true and correct in all respects. The court further finds that on June 18th, 1929, which date was within five days after said report was filed in this court, said administrator gave notice thereof and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereof by posting a notice in each of the following places: One at the front door of the Court House in Scott County, Illinois. One at ther Post Office One at Neat, Condit & Grout's Bank. One at the First State Bank. One at the Farmers State Bank and one at R. R. Gasen's store, all in Winchester, in said county and state, which last named five places the Court finds are five of the most public places in said county. That on the date last named said administrator also sent by mail, postage prepaid, a copy of said notices to SAMUEL WATERS, Moberly, Mo. E.R. WATERS, Springfield, Il, EMMA HOWARD, Colorado Springs, Colorado. F.R. WATERS, Cambridge Minn. and EDITH WATERS, CAMBRIDGE MINNESOTA, and the court finds that said persons are the only heirs at law, legates and devises of W. H. WATERS, deceased and that they reside respectively, at the places above named, from all of which the Court finds that do and lawful notice of the filing of said report and the time and place fixed for the hearing thereof has been given in full compliance with law and the order of this court. The Court further finds that said estate is fully administered. That the one year allowed by law for filing claims against the same expired on January 11th, 1929 and that no claim of any kind has been filed against the same and that deceased's funeral expenses have been paid by F.R. WATERS, sole legatee of said deceased. That the bedroom furniture belonging to said deceased was bequeathed to EDITH WATERS, wife of said F.R. WATERS and she has acknowledged receipt of same and under the last will of said WATERS and he has acknowledged receipt of same. That said administrator has filed receipts for all disbursemenmts made by him. Wherefore, no objections or exceptions having been made or taken to said report, it is considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the estate of said W.H. WATERS, deceased is fully and finally administered. It is further considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the acts and doings of said administrator and his said final report be, and the same now are the by Court approved and confirmed, and said H.A. McCARTY is now and forever discharged of and from any and all further duties and liabilities in connection with said estate and his administration thereof. County Judge
