Waters deceased, for letters of Administration. To the Honorable F. C. FUNK Judge of the County Court of Scott County in the state of Illinois. The Petition of the undersigned CARRIE E. WATERS respectfully represents, that WILLIAM H. WATERS late of the County of Scott aforesaid, departed this life at Jacksonville, Ill on or about the 29th day of December A. D. 1912 leaving no last will and testament so far as your petitioner knows or believes. And this petition further shows, that the said William H. Waters died seized and possessed of real and personal estate consisting chiefly of Town lots in Naples, and household furniture and fish nets, ets. all of said personal estate being estimated to be worth about four hundred dollars. That said deceased left surviving him this petitioner and JOHN, MARGARET, WILLIAM, BERTHA, ARTHUR, AND UNION WATERS, AND ANNIE REED, his children as heirs. That you petitioner being the widow of said desceased, and believing that said estate should be immediately administered as well for the proper management of said property as for the prompt collection of the assets by virtue of her right under the Statute, Therefore preys that your Honor will grant letters of Administration to her in the premises, upon her taking the oath prescribed by the Statute and entering into Bond in such sum, and with securities, as may be approved by your Honor.
