Shelby County News-Gazette  Thu, May 12, 1921
John W. Stump, a resident of Stewardson for 44 years, died May 3, age 65 years.
He was born in Ohio. The survivors are one brother, Fillmore Stump of Loxa, and
two sisters, Mrs. John Ricketts of Stewardson and Mrs. Thomas Ricketts of
Winfield, Kan. Funeral and burial services were held at Stewardson Thursday.
