Moved to Cairo, Ill., July 27, thence to Columbus, Ky., August 6. Guard railroad and bridges by detachments, at Big Muddy Bridge, Illinois Central R.R. (2 Cos.); at Mound City, Ill., (2 Cos); at Moscow, Ky. (3 Cos.), and at Little Obion bridge (3 Cos.), till October. Mustered out October 29, 1862.
