It is one of the larger and more elaborate stones. Died 1866 Double stone: Johnhil Owings (this first name was very difficult to read, most letters are worn Died 8/19/1862 smooth) at 29 yrs 10 m Mildred R. Owings Died 9/6/1862 aged 29 yrs 5 m's Sam Hughes died 1861 John D. Ballard Born 4/3/1796 Died 12/12/1844 George C. Owings Born 6/9/1824 Died 4/30/1855 Henry Owings Born 4/12/1819 Died 1/30/1858 William B. Owings Son of Thomas & Rebecca Owings Born 4/3/1833 Died 1/9/1855 Thomas Owings Born 11/30/1793 Died 11/14/1843 In Memory of Austain Walker Died 6/13/1851 at 29 years V Hinton (this tombstone is in very bad shape, the first name is not legible at Born 1792 all and the last may not be correct. The dates are good and Died 9/4/1852 there was a foot stone with V.H.) There were many stone markers without any inscription at all, just rocks really marking graves.
