Mrs. Theis was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, formerly St. Albert the Great Catholic Church and retired from Famous Barr as a sales clerk. She was preceeded in death by her husband, George Theis; her parents, Leo W. and Nellie, nee Chaput, Reiniger; five sisters-in-law, Ethel Theis, Melba Sliment, Hattie Reiniger, Dorothy Theis and Christine Reiniger; and five brothers-in-law, Jack McCallum, Louis Homoky, William Gyon, Billy Theis and Dale Theis. Mildred is survived by a son, Kenneth (Sharon) Theis of Collinsville, Ill.; a daughter, Sharron (Edgar) Broussard of Texarkana, Texas; two sisters, Marie Catherine Homoky of Creve Coeur, Mo., and Norma Rose Gyon of Caseyville, Ill.; three brothers, Leo Reiniger Jr. of Glen Carbon, Ill., Vernon Reiniger of Fairview Heights, Ill., and Charles (Elaine) Reiniger of Staunton, Ill.; two sisters-in-law, Dorothy McCallum of Houston, Texas, and Naomi (Walter) Welsh of Belleville, Ill.; eight grandchildren , Melissa and Jessie McPherson, Stephanie and Patrick Duritsky, Shari, Michael and Jill and Matthew Theis; six great-grandchildren, Joshua and Mackenzie McPherson, Korey Broussard, Patrick and Dillian Duritsky and Tyler Theis; and nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in the form of Masses. Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2005, at Schildknecht Funeral Home, 301 S. Lincoln Avenue, O'Fallon, Ill. Funeral: A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May, 21, 2005, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fairview Heights, Ill. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Fairview Heights, Ill.
