Jones, aged 30, of Brooklyn, and Dick White, 53, of East St. Louis, both negro employes. Forty box cars, which were standing on the sidings, were burned. Damages to the fertilizing plant is put at $25,000 and to stock and machinery, $86,000. The property was fully insured.
