I JOEL JACKSON being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory, Blesset be allmighty God for the same, do make & publish this my last will & testament. In manner and form following-- That is to say first I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife MARGRATE JACKSON one bed and equal furniture, that is to say the bed that has the wight tick belonging to it, the two new blankets [excepted?]. I also give unto my beloved wife one cow and calf and one flax wheel and cards. I also give and bequeath unto my second son JAMES JACKSON all the rest due and remainder of all my personaly estate goods & chattels of what kind and nature soever.
