Presbyterian banner. (Pittsburgh, Pa.) 1860-1898: January 14, 1863
Died of typhoid fever, in Tazewell County, Illinois, on the 4th of December, 1862,
Mr. Andrew Eagleson, in the 31st year of his age. Mr. Eagleson was the son of Henry
Eagleson, Esq., a Ruling Elder in the Presbyterian church of Beech Springs, in
Harrison County, Ohio. In October, 1858, he was united in marriage with Sarah Maria,
daughter of Mr. James Simpson, of Beech Springs, Ohio, and in May 1858, removed to
Illinois, and settled in the bounds of the Presbyterian church of Deer Creek; he has
left a wife and three small children…
